Upon arrival, the rug will be factory-rolled. In the event of any creases, you can easily address them by rolling the rug in the opposite direction while applying gentle pressure. Simply take the edge, flip it where the crease is, and slowly pull the rug back, applying a downward pressure on the crease area.
